These Terms and Conditions govern your use of xierf.org and all services provided by Xilvora Ink Education and Research Foundation (XIERF). By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by researchers, academics, students, and professionals. By using XIERF services, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Paper Submission

• By submitting a paper, you confirm that it is original work, not previously published, and not under simultaneous review elsewhere.
• You confirm that all listed authors have consented to the submission and publication.
• You grant XIERF and its publishing partner Xilvora Ink a non-exclusive licence to publish, distribute, and index the paper upon acceptance.
• Plagiarism, data fabrication, or any form of academic misconduct will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance. All papers undergo peer review and the editorial decision is final.

3. Registration and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account. XIERF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Fees and Payments

• Conference registration and camera-ready processing fees, where applicable, are published on the respective conference page.
• Payment must be completed before the camera-ready deadline to ensure publication.
• Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• XIERF is not liable for payment failures due to banking errors or third-party payment issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on xierf.org — including the website design, text, logos, and platform functionality — is the intellectual property of XIERF and Xilvora Ink. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

Published papers remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. Authors grant XIERF a licence to publish and distribute the paper as part of the conference proceedings.

6. Code of Conduct

All users of this platform are expected to:

• Maintain academic integrity in all submissions and interactions.
• Treat other authors, reviewers, and XIERF staff with respect.
• Not misuse the platform for spam, false submissions, or fraudulent activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

XIERF provides this platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. XIERF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of data or missed submission deadlines due to technical issues.

8. Modifications

XIERF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
