How to present your paper effectively at XIERF conferences
🎤
Oral Presentation
- Duration: 10–15 minutes + 5 min Q&A
- PowerPoint/PDF slides required
- Arrive 15 minutes before session
- English language presentations

Online Presentation
- Join via provided Zoom/Meet link
- Stable internet connection required
- Camera on during presentation
- Join 30 minutes early for technical check
Slide Guidelines
- Recommended: 10–15 slides for a 12-minute presentation.
- Include: Title, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, References.
- Use clear fonts (minimum 18pt), high-contrast colors.
- Limit text per slide — prefer visuals and diagrams.
- Submit slides to the conference coordinator 24 hours before presentation.
