1 Eligibility
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- Both research papers and review articles are accepted.
- Papers must be written in English only.
- All authors must be identified — no anonymous submissions.
- Papers previously published in any form (conference, journal, or preprint) are not eligible.
2 Paper Format
- Accepted file formats: PDF, DOC, or DOCX (maximum 10MB).
- Recommended length: 4–8 pages including references and figures.
- Font: Times New Roman 12pt or standard IEEE/ACM template format.
- Double-column format is preferred but not mandatory.
- All figures, tables, and equations must be clearly numbered and labeled.
- References should follow IEEE or APA citation style consistently.
- Page margins: 1 inch on all sides.
3 Abstract & Keywords
- Abstract must be between 50 and 300 words.
- The abstract should clearly state: objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion.
- Do not include citations or undefined abbreviations in the abstract.
- Provide 3 to 10 comma-separated keywords.
- Keywords should represent the core topics of your research.
4 Submission Process
- Submit through the official XIERF submission form for the specific conference.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a unique 8-character Submission ID.
- Track your submission status anytime at xierf.org/track/
- Review results are communicated within 7–14 days via email.
- Only one submission allowed per paper — do not submit the same paper to multiple conferences.
5 After Acceptance
- Upload your camera-ready (final revised) version by the deadline specified in the acceptance email.
- Submit a signed copyright form (downloadable template will be provided).
- Pay the registration fee via bank transfer or UPI (payment details sent with acceptance).
- At least one author must register to present the paper at the conference.
- Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings with DOI.
- Certificate of Presentation will be issued after the conference.
6 Ethics & Plagiarism Policy
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All papers are checked before publication.
- Similarity index must be below 20% (excluding references).
- Self-plagiarism — reusing your own previously published content without proper attribution — is not permitted.
- AI-generated content must be disclosed in the author declaration section.
- All listed co-authors must have substantially contributed to the research.
- Papers found to violate ethics will be desk-rejected without review.
7 Review Process
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two domain experts.
- Review criteria: originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance to conference scope.
- Possible outcomes: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
- Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit within a specified deadline.
- Review decisions are final and communicated via email.
